The hotel staff was very nice and picked us up from the airport promptly. Our room was great with USB ports, fast WiFi, and a whirlpool. The location of the hotel was conveniently close to downtown.

Good for shopping. Clean, good value hotel, its location was convenient and prime and not far from downtown as well as the airport. Adequate rooms with a queen size bed available. Variety of options for hot breakfast. Early check in and late check out. Very clean pool area too.

The location was favourable as for me, close to Traverse City, restaurants and downtown. It also was in the area.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was very attentive, and the warm breakfast was a great value for our family of four. The comfortable bed and modern, immaculate room with a refrigerator and microwave made our stay even better.

The staff was flexible and accommodating during my stay. The room was modern and equipped with convenient amenities such as a microwave, king size bed, and refrigerator. The location was convenient as there were big supermarkets within walking distance. Additionally, there was a good restaurant not too far from the hotel.

Loved being next door to Meijer, the room was clean, and the water pressure was great. Very easy on/off the highway. The pool looked nice though we didn't use it (we did consider getting suits at Meijer and trying it out but decided not to). Parking was adequate and close by.

The bed had a large dip in the middle and the pillows were very flat (only 3 also, instead of 2 or 4 on a queen size bed). The breakfast facilities were rather lacking in space and the ability to keep up with demand. There was no room to sit as couples were taking up space that could have seated 4-6 people so we had to take food back to our room (that is once there was anything ready to take). My biggest complaint was a strange knocking noise that woke my wife and I up around 6 on Sunday morning. It sounded just like somebody knocking 2 to 4 times on a door across the hall. I checked and there was nobody there so it was the pipes or something. It would reoccur every 10-20 minutes. I never did get back to sleep so it pretty much ruined my stay.

Every member of staff were great, especially front desk. Very accommodating and friendly. They helped make our visit more special than anticipated--exceptional service!

Can't think of one single thing to complain about.

The hotel's location is fantastic, being next to shopping, restaurants, stores, and the highway. Walking distance to Qdoba Mexican Grill, which served delicious food.

The door to our room did not close unless you slammed it shut. There was no food when we went down for breakfast.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the location is convenient, close to a large supermarket. it was a very nice stay for the price.

The location and the room was very nice and comfy, but the front desk staff were not courteous or friendly at all.

The front desk staff and room rate was rather expensive, but it was due to school event.
